We require a $100 deposit per pet to secure your booking. Once paid, your booking is confirmed. The remaining balance is due on the day of arrival. Payments can be made via credit card by contacting our office or direct deposit using the invoice details.

Please note: Deposits are non-refundable but can be retained as credit for future bookings within 12 months.

Our semi-rural location offers a safe, tranquil environment for pets while remaining easily accessible for families across Western Sydney and beyond.

We provide all bedding, toys, and food for your pet. The only items required from you are:

• Up-to-date vaccination certificate (C5 for dogs, F4 for cats)
• Medications or special dietary items (additional fees may apply)
• Leash for drop-off (we use our own equipment during the stay)

Please do not bring personal items.

To ensure a smooth check-in, please provide:

• Pet insurance details (if applicable)
• Veterinary practice and contact information
• Secondary emergency contact number
• Updated vaccination certificate
• Ongoing health issues, medications, dietary requirements, or skin conditions

We provide a range of luxury services, including:

• Canine & Feline Residences with private climate-controlled suites
• VIP Day Retreat (Monday – Saturday)
• Puppy Prep Academy (for puppies 8–16 weeks)
• Professional Doggy Day Spa services (wash, blow-dry, de-shed, deodorise, nail trim, eye/ear clean — no haircuts)

Additional packages, such as photo/video updates and pet chauffeur service, can be added to any stay.

• Wash, blow-dry, de-shed, deodorise
• Nail clip, eye and ear clean

Please note: We do not cut fur.
Day grooms are available for $60–$150 depending on coat condition and breed.

Our 4-week Puppy Prep Academy program is for puppies 8–16 weeks old. Each week, your pup spends a full day learning:

• Basic training & manners
• Socialisation with other puppies and people
• Enrichment and mental stimulation

Puppies should bring a packed lunch; fridge storage is available. The full program is $300.

All pets must have current vaccinations (C5 for dogs, F4 for cats). Puppies under 16 weeks without full vaccination may attend Puppy Prep Academy if they have had a C3 or C4 vaccine.

We maintain strict hygiene protocols, secure facilities, and on-call veterinary support to ensure all guests’ wellbeing.

Yes, we provide a Pet Chauffeur service Monday–Friday (Saturday, dependent on availability). Payment must be made in advance. Pick-up/drop-off times are between 9am and 5pm. You must be home at the time of collection/delivery.
